How we found our feet

 

Grow FS is an independent business which started prior to the Covid Pandemic. Our mission since day one has been to provide an elevated level of service experience in the fundamental and basic necessities of managing small to large spaces.

Our directorship experience includes a successful track record in both UK and International roles working with the NHS, Pizza Hut (UK), Sodexo Group, Compass Group and Cushman & Wakefield where leading teams to achieve organizational goals through empowerment, collaboration and fostering a can-do spirit were key success markers.  These experiences inform our practical skillset as facilities services providers and landscape gardeners in Portsmouth, and we believe helps us stand out to professional businesses looking for, solutions-oriented facility services.
